What happened

While attempting to replace a wire on the [REDACTED] box printer the employee was cutting a zip tie securing a bundle of wires. In an effort to cut the tie toward himself to avoid damaging other wires he accidentally sustained a laceration to the top of his left hand between the webbing of his thumb and forefinger. He was not wearing gloves.
