Before the incident

Employee was taping boxes for one month straight for a site project. The employee was folding and taping boxes and then the completed boxes to each other. The task required bending down and up to complete the task.

What happened

Within the first couple days the employee 's left knee started hurting. It got better the second week and then significantly worse the third week of taping boxes. During the third week the employee called the nurse hotline and saw the onsite PT.
