What happened

WENT TO RESTROOM AND UPON EXITING THERE WAS A CAUTION WET FLOOR SIGN. THE FLOOR WAS NOT WET. MY HEAL CAUGHT THE SIGN IT FELL AND I SLID WITH THE SIGN ALMOST TO A SPLIT THEN CAUGHT MYSELF AND FELL ON MY RIGHT KNEE AND THEN HANDS. NO ONE SAW IT BUT ANOTHER RN HEARD THE SIGN FALL
