What happened

The employee was assisting two other officers load a large rolling tool cabinet into the back of a truck in order to get the item to another building. While lifting the cabinet the employee reported feeling a snap or tear in the area of his right forearm elbow area immediately followed by sharp pain. Following that the EE reported pain heat tenderness and weakness in his right arm.
