What happened

IE used a small forklift to raise up on a larger forklift that was parked and chocked our EE stood to the side (not underneath) and drained the engine oil. He forgot the lifting forklift has longer forks than most others and struck his nose on a fork. (Safety violation for lifting the forklift and not having a Operator in the seat)
