What happened

Injured TM was welding with back to the Forklift operator. Forklift Operator was trying to move a jig that was directly behind injured welder. Welder did not know that the forklift operator was behind them. Forklift operator admits that he did not honk to notify the tm. When jig was being lifted the jig rolled causing it to strike TM right leg.
