Before the incident

worker was loading a support bracket onto the support air blow machine when she pulled out from light curtain the machine started due to a manipulation to start flag causing auto start affect

What happened

After she pulled out she noticed the support was not seated and she went back to fix it while machine was operating. The cylinder moving brush slid forward continuing its cycle pinning the right 3rd digit between brush and support
