Before the incident

EE stated that he was on a reach truck on aisle #60 (right before breezeway). He was waiting on a forklift operator to pick some rails. The lift driver finished the pick and was moving away. The rails were uneven on the pallet causing the pallet to tilt so EE along with another guy got off of their PIV to help restack the pallet. The pallet shifted and came down onto the EE 's right big toe.
