What happened

Employee was using the controls on the reeler for [REDACTED] while another employee was tying off packaging. A forklift operator was passing near-by and their forks made impact with a leg of the reeler which caused the reeler to move towards the employee. The E-Stop on the controllers made impact to the employees left bicep shoulder area.
