Empleado alega se encontraba paleando unos escombros y cuando se doblo sintio un desgarre y dolor en la espalda baja en el mismo centro. Empleado continuo trabajando y en la tarde comenzo a sentir mucho dolor. Empleado indica comenzo a tomar unos medicamentos que tenia recetados por el CFSE para esta condicion. Empleado se presento a completar informe patronal e indica el dolor lo siente mas en el area derecha de la espalda baja. Indica empleado le duelen ambas piernas y amanecio con el area hinchada.
