The employee 's written description is as follows. Entered patient room to check irrigation bags for CBI. Patient grabbed writer by neck of scrubs and would not let go. I was able to remove his hands from my scrubs and patient grabbed my hands and would not let go. Kicked shoe off and hit staff assist button with toes. Sprain to bilateral wrists from patient grabbing and twisting
