The employee 's written description is as follows. Patient transfer from bed to wheelchair for discharge to home. Patient 's transfer status was reported stand pivot however patient did not bear weight well causing transfer to be strenuous. There were 3 staff people assisting. While trying to get the patient seated safely I felt a pulling sensation then burning in my left shoulder. What conditions influenced the incident?
