TM was on their knees grinding on a steel tube with an angle grinder

What happened

TM was using a 4 1 2 grinder to cut up a platform. TM attempted to set down the grinder not realizing the grinding wheel was still rotating. When the TM set the grinder down the grinder skipped off the floor about an inch brushing against the TM 's leg.
