Before the incident

Preparing to unpack and wire an electrical enclosure. The Electrical enclosure was laying on its back on a skid and needed stood up to complete the work.

What happened

When enclosure was raised the feet transitioned from skid to concrete floor and it began to slide causing the employee to exert more force to prevent it from falling.
