Employee stated that on [REDACTED] 25 the lift assist on the [REDACTED] hitch became stuck. When he tried to break it free it moved suddenly and struck him in the left rib. On [REDACTED] he went to the hospital due to chest pain. It was found on that visit that he had a fractured rib on the LH side.
