Per employee incident report: At [REDACTED] I got my resident around for his shower after bathing him and while cleaning the shower room I removed the bucket filled with water from the commode and it was so heavy that it bent my left-hand middle finger. Note anything you observed prior to or during the incident (odors sounds sights etc.). After finishing cleaning I felt a really bad pain in my finger What conditions influenced the incident (weather equipment malfunctions time of day stress etc.)? The shower chair bucket was wet and slippery What caused the incident? The bucket was super heavy filled to the top with water
