EE states I had completed my normal opening duties. .and had returned to my desk to work on individual treatment plans. While sitting at the computer I went to push myself away from the desk and felt a sharp pain in my lumbar spine. Everything around my lower back seized up and I couldn 't hardly move. I felt nauseous. .
