What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] a maintenance employee was walking from production plant to maintenance shop when liquid splashed out of U drain hitting employee on lower left leg. Employee immediately grabbed a nearby by water hose to wash off affected area. He continued washing the area by removing clothing and showering.
