Before the incident
Client was agitated that staff would not take client to public swimming pool. Client threatened to hit staff with broken asphalt. Staff put client in an upper torso hold.
What happened
Staff tried to release client from hold when client swung their arms hitting staff in the wrist multiple times. Staff tried to regain control of client but then client was able to pin staff 's left leg under staffs body.
