Associate was using angle grinder on roller at T10 straightener with one hand and checking for smoothness imperfections with the other hand. Associate was wearing gloves.

While the straightener rollers were being run in reverse by another associate who was in communication with the injured associate and another skilled trades employee the injured associate was running his hand along the roller checking for imperfections when his glove and hand were pulled in the machine
