Employee was assisting a mechanic mounting a genset onto a container in reefer [REDACTED] 726.

A Mechanic was positioned on a ladder using an impact wrench to tighten the genset bolts. During the process the socket attached to the impact wrench fell to the ground. The foreman who was standing near the base of the ladder moved to retrieve the fallen socket. Meanwhile the mechanic continued tightening the bolts using another socket. While doing so the second socket became dislodged from the impact wrench and fell striking the foreman on the head before he could move out of the way.
