slipped after delivering packages

What happened

I was delivering on a main road and a stray dog came out of no where and when I fast walked back to the van I slipped under the van and twisted my ankle and landed on my back Employee claimed injury early was sent home to get medical treatment but messaged at [REDACTED] stating I had to wait a little bit to go to the hospital due to being an early shift. I was arranged to get the kids but Im going now I do have a question when they ask for insurance for medication. What insurance do I provide I cant afford the medication full price.
