Team member was operating a PIV transferring a bunk of material to its storage location.

What happened

The team member noticed that a bolster was not positioned correctly for the next load to sit on top. He stepped down off his PIV to fix the bolster and when doing so he stepped onto a bolster laying on the floor beside the PIV resulting in twisting his ankle and landing on the side of his foot.
