Before the incident

The employee tried cleaning residual dough from the roller conveyor ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) The employee used the left hand to clean the dough of the MOVING conveyor roller. As the left hand slid down the roller it came in contact with the roller end. The employee injured the top pad of the left ring finger has small slice. Employee did have gloves on due to the position being the rack loader. The employee stated that it was understood that he shouldnt have cleaned the rollers without stopping the machine. Also stated it was a mistake on his part.
