Before the incident

While in the process of giving [REDACTED] a label to unreconcile due to being unable to obtain labs from a patient I turned to exit the area. As I pivoted my foot I stepped on a rolled up tourniquet that was on the floor. This caused me to lose my footing resulting in a fall onto my left leg and ankle.
