What happened

Staff was supervising clients 1 & 2 outside as they were playing. They began rough housing and grabbing swinging the shoulder and neck area. Client 1 grabbed client 2 while staff were trying to get ahold of client 2 to separate them to prevent injuries. Staff stepped a long stride to the right and felt a pull in groin inner thigh
