What happened

Employee was pushing the spring loaded cart down to make room for more linens. As she brought her arm up from inside the cart the outside of her forearm got caught on the end of the spring. The force of her trying to pull her arm away caused the spring to puncture into her arm and pinch the skin between the two springs.
