EE states that she hurt her Rt Shoulder when putting a crimper w case back into the tool locker. EE states she was using the crimper for most of the day on the [REDACTED]. When she went to put it away it slipped out of her left hand causing the right wrist and shoulder to bear all the weight as the case began to fall. EE states she felt a burning in her shoulder. She notified her supervisor the [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. EE states her shoulder has hurt on and off most of the day
