Before the incident

The employee was assisting with putting scrap product in modules in the waste trailer using a forklift After dumping the module and attempting to remove it from the trailer it got stuck on the product in the trailer The employee moved the forklift out of the trailer and went back in to manually move the module Once he pulled the module it came down faster than expected causing him to lose his balance (he was standing on the scrap) and fall (less than 3 feet) on his left side with most of the impact being on his left shoulder
