Before the incident

Setting up a new massage chair that was sent to him at his roadshow. Removing chair from transport cage.

What happened

The employee was in the process of moving the massage chair off the cage and down the ramp when he strained his back which caused him to drop the chair on his right foot big toe. Additionally his fingers were caught between the cage and the cover when unboxing the chair.
