An envelope containing an inmates medication was opened and a strong chemical smell came out. Ms. [REDACTED] started to feel lightheaded and she also started having trouble breathing. She was checked by medical staff and had elevated blood pressure and an increased heartrate. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
