What happened

Employee responded to 65 y o cardiac arrest and was unable to function to render aid to patient. Employee was able to drive ambulance to hospital. Employee was visibly upset after call crying and immediately went home and was removed from the schedule the following day. Employee reports that the day before she responded for a patient in a mental health crisis and that was triggering for her.
