While delivering and storing Cuno filter hoppers in a congested area with a broken forklift and dumpsters my right thumb was crushed between a hopper and a dumpster support beam. I reported the injury to [REDACTED] who contacted first responder [REDACTED]. Urgent care was deemed necessary and [REDACTED] met the team at the clinic.
