Employee was assisting another staff member in returning a patient exhibiting aggressive behavior to their room.

What happened

Employee was assisting with IM injection for a patient. Patient was combative during and after administration of IM so the employee had to hold the patient. Once the patient was escorted to the quite room the employee felt pain in left shoulder and arm.
