What happened

My coworker and I were transferring a resident from bed to wheelchair. As we were transferring the wheelchair was locked but slid back and the the residents bottom touiched the seat and we assisted him to the floor. As I realized he wasn 't on the wheelchair I put all my strength to try and getting him on it and I felt a pain in my right shoulder.
