While bathing patient with Tech the patient took her hands and punched me in the hip area very hard. I twisted back. The patient has a fear of falling out of the bed and gets tense during cleaning bathing procedures and tends to push pull on staff. My back pain has progressively gotten worse and is now requiring investigation for injury.
