On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Mr. [REDACTED] called and informed me that his back was hurting so bad that he could not work.

What happened

Mr. [REDACTED] called to inform me that his back was hurting and felt he could not work. He said he hurt his back [REDACTED] and took it easy for a few days and felt it would get better. When his back first started hurting [REDACTED] he was taking trash to the dumpster. While dragging the trash cans outside he felt a pop in his back and then pain. He did not make anyone aware at that time.
