What happened

Employee was carrying 3 spools of wire. The worker set them down next to the seat of a forklift. One of the spools rolled off and struck his right foot. He experienced some numbness in his foot. The following day he dropped a shackle on the same foot. He was in pain the next day and went to urgent care.
