Employee states she was removing a pan of rice from the warmer when the plastic wrap on the pan beneath got stuck to the pan she was removing. As she removed the pan from the warmer the bottom pan of rice fell on the floor causing her to slip and fall. She fell on her bottom and right forearm and wrist.
