What happened

Employee reports tripping on shrink wrap in the warehouse loading area. His left foot got caught in the shrink wrap causing him to fall and hit his left foot toe on the pallet hard. He said he iced it earlier. His big toe has swelling and he is not able to move it. He put his boot back on and he is able to walk. States it is numb now since he iced it.
