What happened

Employee was loading items into her personal vehicle which was parked near a curb. As the employee stepped back from the vehicle she tripped on the curb causing her to fall backward. As she was falling she extended her left arm to brace her fall on the parking lot pavement. She landed on her wrist hand causing her pain and swelling to the wrist.
