Checking temp on [REDACTED] refrigerator in dirty utility

What happened

The [REDACTED] alarm keeps going off and so I was getting phone messages that it was out of range. I had gone into the dirty utility where the refrigerator is and I went to bend down to check that all the cables were plugged in good and was going to reset the alarms and somehow when I went to bend down to do that I felt a pop to my left shoulder and if felt like it came out of socket toward the front. It was a severe pain and my reaction was to push it back in. I felt it go back in and I felt immediate relief. My fingers feel a little tingly and my shoulder feels bruised. I took some advil after. But I have never had that happen before. I told NP about it and I let NICU Manager who was on call know.
