Before the incident

Tech was working on the bread tray stacker #2 for a possible mechanical issue. Tech locked out the stacker and started to remove the drive chain. When the drive chain master link was taken off stored energy was still present at the time allowing the carriage to come down. The cam on the carriage smacked the techs left elbow causing a laceration.
