What happened

Team Member was cleaning out the undercarriage of the Saw machine at the end of the day. He leaned into the machine to be able to reach some debris. When backing out of the machine team member hit his head on a sharp edge causing laceration to the head above the left forehead. Later it was determined the team member suffered a concussion.
