Drove from Rehab to [REDACTED] and started to get out my truck

What happened

As I was getting out of my truck I put one foot on the ground and completely slipped on ice and fell to the ground. There was a sheet of ice that was in the parking lot where the vehicles are parked at and no salt was put down between the vehicles.
