Before the incident

Employee was working in Shipping and saw a jam at the stacker and attempted to fix the jam.

What happened

Stacker 3 [REDACTED] Line stack came out jammed. Employee attempted toadjust the stack at which point the stack fell forward trapping and twistinghis left arm in a downward motion causing swelling in the lateral area ofthe elbow. Employee immediately called out for the supervisor. Employeewas given an ice pack to help swelling sent on a break and sent homeat [REDACTED]. Employee will go to MBI in the morning when they open andcontact HR who will contact ESS .
