Before the incident

Employee was assisting in sanitation and took the scapper from slicer to the wash pit.

What happened

Employee was helping a sanitation employee clean the scrapper for theslicers from bread wrap area. Employee went back to the wash pit toclean the scrapper and was cut on the top of his right hand whenhandling the scrapper. Note: Sanitation employee told the production (BoxBread) employee to wear cut proof gloves that are provided in the breadwrap area.
