A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) cabinet was being maneuvered into the electrical room using a moving dolly when it became unstable and tipped over. As the cabinet began to fall Electrical Apprentice [REDACTED] attempted to stop it and the VFD fell onto him. He sustained bruising to his chest and right arm.
