What happened

Team Member stated around [REDACTED] he was setting up the planer. Holding the tool for measurement with the right hand and turning the head with the left hand. Team member stated he had his palm of his hand on the face of the head to spin it and his hand slipped and his finger was caught in-between the head and the plate crushing his left index finger.
