Associate was making her way through an area and went to step over the end of a flatbed cart. Just as the Associate was bringing her foot back down to the floor another Associate moved the cart causing her foot to strike the edge - resulting in the Associate falling to the floor.

Contusion of right hand contusion of right knee contusion of left front wall of thorax. Strain of muscle fascia and tendon at neck level. Contusion of right elbow.

Summary line

Associate went to step over a flatbed cart. Just as she was putting her foot back down onto the floor the cart the Associate was stepping over all of a sudden was moved by another Associate. Associates foot struck the edge of the cart causing the fall.
